Memento Mori
2013
Conduit Gallery
The Italian definition of Memento Mori is a symbolic or artistic representation of the inevitability of death. The Carrie Marill version is an artistic representation of feeling so full of the happenings of life, that it revolts and all comes back out again. I created these works to commemorate my loves, losses, hates, grosses, and likes.
